The QUBS Camp Fund

The QUBS Camp Fund was established in support of Eco Adventure Camp at the Queen's University Biological Station to provide funding for ongoing camp operations and day-to-day activities.

The QUBS Community Outreach Fund

Gifts to this fund will be used to support environmental education initiatives, community outreach projects and to maintain programming and facilities at the Elbow Lake Environmental Education Centre and the Queen's University Biological Station.

The QUBS Environmental and Conservation Research and Learning Centre

This fund will be used for the construction of a new facility at QUBS to host extensive teaching and research efforts as we strive to tackle pressing global environmental issues.

The QUBS Summer Studentship

For studentships at QUBS to full-time undergraduate Bachelor of Science students in Biology, Geography and Urban Planning, Environmental Studies or students in a Concurrent Education program related to biology or environmental science.

The Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Award

Established by John W.B. Barr, M.D.'40, in honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother. Awarded to students entering the first year of the Bachelor of Nursing on the basis of financial need, academic achievement, and extracurricular activities.

The Queen's Aero Design Team

Funds provide students in Mechanical and Materials Engineering in Smith Engineering the opportunity to design, build and program remote control aircraft, travel to competitions or conferences, and participate in educational outreach activities.

The Queen's Alumni Association Toronto Branch Award

Awarded to undergraduates hailing from Toronto upon admission, in their final year of studies in any faculty or school, who have participated in thier communities, while maintaining a minimum B average. Pref. to those returning to Toronto for work.

The Queen's Athletics Excellence Awards

Awarded on the basis of academic achievement and athletic excellence to student-athletes in any degree program at Queen's University and who are on the competition roster of a Gaels interuniversity athletic team.

The Queen's Athletics Intramural Fund

Funding will be used to support intramural programming and disbursed at the discretion of the Executive Director of Athletics and Recreation.

The Queen's Bands

To provide undergraduate students the opportunity to gain hands on experience through marching band performances on campus and in the community with Queen's Bands, support maintenance of equipment and uniforms, plus travel expenses.
