Established to support the Prescription Exercise program, a collaborative program between Student Wellness Services and Athletics and Recreation, where students are "prescribed" personal training/exercise by a counsellor or physician.

Established by the Class of PhysEd '97. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need to second, third, or fourth year students in the Bachelor of Physical and Health Education program or the Bachelor of Science (Honours) Kinesiology program.

Established to honour Phil and Rose Quattrocchi for their promotion of Italo-Canadian culture in Kingston. Awarded on the basis of need to a third or fourth year student concentrating in Italian, or Art History if there is no one suitable studying Italian

Established in memory of Philips Macdonnell and awarded to a student of high quality in the fourth medical year who has been accepted into Queen's postgraduate course for the education of specialists in Family Medicine.

The Phyllis Lake Award in Chemistry
Established by Phyllis Lake, MA 1952. Awarded on the basis of need, academic achievement, and leadership in extra-curricular activities to students in a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree with an academic Plan offered by the Department of Chemistry.

Established by Pita Pit and awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need to students in any year of any Faculty or School at Queen's University. Preference will be given to students who are current or past employees of a Pita Pit restaurant.
