The Paddon Thompson Memorial Geological Field Studies Fund

Established in memory of Paddon Thompson, BSc(Geol. Eng) '10, to provide the Head of the Department of Geological Sciences and Geological Engineering support for the undergraduate students' field-education program.

The Padfield Award

Established in honour of Diana Padfield's valued service to Queen's and in memory of her husband, Christopher John Padfield, former member of the Dept. of Paediatrics. Awarded on the basis of need to upper-year students. Preference to Aboriginal students.

The Padre and Frances Laverty Bursary

Established in recognition of the Lavertys' dedication and contributions to Queen's. Awarded on the basis of need to third or fourth year students in any faculty or school. Preference to students involved in campus life or extracurricular activities.

The Pahle-Whitaker Award in English

Established in memory of Patricia J. Whitaker, B.A. 1984 and Jack Whitaker. Awarded on the basis of financial need and academic achievement to students in the second year of a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) program in English Literature and Creative Writing..

The Paithouski Prize Fund

Established in memory of Nicholas J. Paithouski, BSc'40, by his son, N. Joseph Paithouski, BSc'80. Awarded to the graduating engineering student in Smith Engineering who has demonstrated the most consistent improvement in academic performance.

The Pall Ardal Moral Philosophy Scholarship

Established by Sten Ardal in honour of his father, Professor Pall Ardal. Awarded on the basis of academic excellence to upper-year students of a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree program with an academic plan offered by the Department of Philosophy.

The Palliative Medicine Trust Fund

Established to enhance teaching and scholarly activity, purchase equipment, and support clinical and pedagogical research in the Division of Palliative Care in the Department of Medicine at Queen's University.

The Pamela C. Williams Memorial Award

Established in memory of Pamela Williams, Meds '86. Awarded to a graduating medical student who, in addition to good academic standing, demonstrates fellowship, compassion for patients, extracurricular achievement, and community involvement.

The Pamela Haslam Bursary

Established in memory of Pam Haslam, BNSc'65, by George Haslam, BSc'65. Awarded on the basis of need to women students who have experienced an interruption in their formal education and who are in any Faculty or School, with preference to given to STEM.

The Pamela McDonald Memorial Award

Established by Bruce McDonald in memory of Pamela McDonald, BSc'03. Awarded on the basis of need and athletic excellence to 3rd or 4th year students enrolled in the B.Sc.(Honours) program who are members of a Gaels interuniversity athletic team.
