The Franks Fund
Established by C.E.S. Franks, B.A. 1959, M.A. 1965, and Daphne Franks (a) to assist in the purchase of works on paper (b) to support curatorial work associated with works on paper, and (c) to support the other purposes of the Agnes Etherington Art Centre.
The FRC Clarke Choral and Organ Fund
Gifts in memory of FRC Clarke are used by the DAN School of Drama and Music to support and enhance Departmental programming in choral music ensembles and organ performance including teaching, sheet music, conductor fees, composition and performance cost.
The Fred Delaney's Last Pro Bono Award
Established in memory of Fred Delaney, BCom 1972, Law 1975. Awarded to students entering first year of the Bachelor of Commerce program in the Smith School of Business, or the J.D. program or the combined J.D. degree program in the Faculty of Law.
The Fred Euringer Award in Drama
Established in honour of J.A. (Fred) Euringer. Awarded to a student enrolled in the Queen's University Drama program and is intended to facilitate the recipient's ability to create theatre within the Kingston community.
The Fred Lamble Bartlett Memorial Award
Established in memory of Fred Lamble Bartlett, awarded to students entering fourth year of the BPHE program, the BSc (Honours) Kinesiology program or the Health Studies program, who best demonstrate a good academic record, integrity and leadership.
The Freda Paltiel Award for Women Health and Development (WHD)
Funds for graduate students or faculty undertaking a research, service or demonstration project to address health needs and reduce health risks to women. Priority to projects which aim to promote and protect the health of disadvantaged women.
The Frederick I.L. Dyke Bursary
Established from the estate of Frederick I.L. Dyke, BSc (Engineering)'41 and awarded on the basis of financial need to third or fourth year students in Smith Engineering. Preference will be given to students in Electrical Engineering.
The Frederick S. Grobb Memorial Fund in Chemical Engineering
Funding to be used by the Department of Chemical Engineering to help meet the cost of post-graduate university education for students taking such courses in Smith Engineering.
The Frederick W. Gibson Prize in Canadian History
Established in memory of Professor Frederick W. Gibson. Awarded to the graduating student with a medial or major concentration in History who has the highest average standing in three courses in Canadian History.
The French Studies Trust
This fund will be used at the discretion of the Department Head to enhance academic programs and/or research infrastructure to support our exceptional community of students.
