Established in memory of George A. Rawlyk. Awarded on the basis of financial need and academic achievement to a student enrolled in second year of a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree program with an academic plan offered by the Department of History.
The George and Mary Turnbull Family Foundation Award
Awarded on the basis of need, academic achievement and extra-curricular activities to a second, third, or fourth year student in any program. Preference to students studying in the areas of either english, history, politics, biology or marine biology.
The George and Maureen Ewan Lecture Series

Established by Phyllis Lake, MA 1952, in memory of George Lake, BSc 1952. Awarded on the basis of need, academic achievement, and leadership in extra-curricular activities to students in a Bachelor of Applied Science program in Computer Engineering.
The George M. Hood (Sci'43) Athletic Financial Award
Awarded on the basis of need to upper-year students enrolled in any program of studies, with preference to students enrolled in Smith Engineering. Candidates will be participating men and/or women members of the inter-collegiate ice-hockey program.
