Established in memory of Stephen Damp, BSc (Eng.) 1983, and awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need, academic achievement and demonstrated leadership in extra-curricular activities or community service to students in any year of a Bachelor of Applied Science degree program with an academic plan in Civil Engineering.
