The Jane Poulson Memorial Award

Established by the estate of Dr. Jane Poulson, BSc'74, MSc'76. Awarded on the basis of academic achievement to graduate students in the Therapeutics, Drug Development, and Human Toxicology field of the Biomedical and Molecular Sciences graduate program.

The Janet and Ghazi Farooq Bursary

Established by Janet Farooq, B.A.(Hons)1966. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need to women students who have experienced an interruption in their formal education and who are registered in any Faculty or School at Queen's University.

The Janet Braide Book Prize in Art History

Established in memory of Janet Braide, art historian and author. Awarded to a student achieving high standing in the final year of an Art History Honours concentration, who has also some record of service in the visual arts at Queen's or in the community.

The Janet Rosser Nursing and Community Service Bursary

Established by Janet Rosser. Awarded on the basis of need to students in a Bachelor of Nursing Science or Bachelor of Nursing Science Accelerated Standing Track program.

The Janet Sorbie Award in Family Medicine

Established by Dr. Janet Sorbie, M.Sc. 1969. Awarded to a resident in Family Medicine who has undertaken original research, preferably in the field of women's health, care of the elderly or palliative care.

The Janson Family Entrance Bursary

Established by Peter (BSc.(Eng) 1969) and Peggy (BA 1970) Janson. Awarded on the basis of financial need to a student entering the first year program in the Faculty of Arts and Science, with preference given to a woman student from Northern Ontario.

The Janssen Bursary for Equity and Inclusion

Established by Janssen Inc. awarded to students in the Faculty of Health Sciences who are Indigenous, Black Canadian, 2SLGBTQ+, Visible Minority/Racialized Persons, Persons with Disabilities, or the First Generation to attend a post-secondary institution

Established in February 2010 to support the Japanese Language Programme at Queen's University.

The Jason Capello Athletic Financial Award

Established by Jason Capello, BCom'96, and awarded on the basis of academic achievement and athletic excellence to student-athletes in the Bachelor of Commerce program who are on the competition roster of a Gaels interuniversity athletic team.
