The Marion Sarah Barr Memorial Bursary
Established by Major General J.W.B. Barr in memory of his wife Captain (Matron) Marion S. Barr, ARCC, R.N. Awarded on the basis of financial need to a student in the final year of the Bachelor of Nursing Science program
The Marjorie McLean Oliver Fund
Awarded to woman students accepted into the MA or PhD program in the fields of Medieval European history, European history of an earlier period than Medieval, or Classical Roman or Greek history. Preference to those holding a previous degree from Queen's.
The Mark A. Bernstein (Science 1948) Award in Engineering
Established by Mark Alan Bernstein, B.Sc. 1948, and awarded on the basis of financial need and academic achievement to a student in the third year of the Engineering Chemistry program in Smith Engineering.
The Mark and Wendy DesLauriers Admission Award
Established by Mark DesLauriers, BCom 1978, and Wendy DesLauriers, BEd 1982. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need and academic achievement to students entering first year of the Bachelor of Commerce program in the Smith School of Business.
The Mark Howard Pentland Memorial Award
Established in memory of Mark Howard Pentland, BPHE 1979. Awarded on the basis of financial need to students in the second, third, or fourth year in the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies.
The Mark Latham Memorial Award
Established in memory of Mark Latham (B.Sc. 1983). Awarded to students in good academic standing entering the fourth year of Smith Engineering. Candidates for this award will have made significant contributions to Queen's and community.
The Mark MacTavish Award
Established by Mark MacTavish, BCom 1997, and awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need and academic achievement to students entering first year of the Bachelor of Commerce Program in the Smith School of Business.
The Mark Pettit Memorial Prize
Established in memory of Mark Pettit, BSc'00. Awarded to a third year Mechanical Engineering student in Smith Engineering in the Undergrad Internship Program, and who possess an enthusiasm for engineering, helping classmates and a good academic record.
The Mark S. Lodge Fund in Spinal Cord Research
Established by the Lodge family in memory of Mark Stephen Lodge to advance spinal cord research at Queen's. Funds will be used for research activities including but not limited to, student laboratory work, and equipment and materials.
The Marni Lithgow de Pencier (Arts '54) Fund
Established by the Estate of Marianne de Pencier and awarded on the basis of academic excellence to funding-eligible Master's level students enrolled in the Department of Philosophy in the School of Graduate Studies.
