Established by Lorne C. Elder, B.Sc. 1942, and awarded on the basis of academic excellence to students entering the second, third, or fourth year of the Mechanical and Materials Engineering program in Smith Engineering.
The Lorne Maclachlan Lecture Series on Kant
Established to support the costs associated with bringing eminent academics and philosophers to Queen's University campus. These funds will be used to cover expenses related to the lecture or event, honoraria and/or speaking fees.
The Lorraine and Paul F. Campbell Award
Established by Paul F. Campbell, B.Sc. 1965, and Lorraine Campbell. Awarded on the basis of financial need, academic achievement and involvement in school or community activities to students in any year in Smith Engineering.
The Lou Jeffries Men's Hockey Award
Established in 2006 in memory of Lou Jeffries to provide financial support on the basis of academic and athletic excellence to a student-athlete in the Men's Hockey Program. Funds are allocated in consultation with Head Coach and Director A&R.
The Louise Berlin and Donald Robertson Burns Fund in AI Research in the Department of Geological Sciences and Geological Engineering
To support new data science methods, emphasizing machine learning and artificial intelligence with a focus on challenging geological problems within research and teaching in the Department of Geological Sciences and Geological Engineering.
The Lucas Family Graduate Fellowship
Awarded on the basis of academic excellence to funding eligible women Master's or PhD students enrolled in Smith Engineering or in one of the three Engineering Sciences departments in the Faculty of Arts and Science.
The Luis G. Melo Memorial Lecture Series
Established in 2008 in memory of Luis G. Melo to honour his life and contributions to cardiovascular science. The fund will be used to support bringing speakers with an emphasis on on biomedical research to Queen's University.
The Lyme Disease Research Trust Fund
Established to enhance teaching and scholarly activity, purchase equipment, and support research, related to Lyme Disease, in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Queen's University.
The Lynn Anne Milsom Memorial Scholarship in Music
Established in memory of Lynn Anne Milsom, BMus'88. Awarded on the basis of competitive audition to an upper-year student who is deemed by the DAN School of Drama and Music to have demonstrated exceptional ability in performance on a woodwind instrument.

Established by the MacInnis and Howey families and awarded on the basis of financial need to a full-time student entering the first year of any undergraduate Bachelor of Arts and Science program.
