The Ban Righ Foundation Endowment
This fund supports The Ban Righ Centre which is uniquely geared to assist women of all ages returning to study at Queen's after a time away from formal education or starting for the first time when mature.
The Barbara and James McCowan Scholarship in Engineering Chemistry
Established by Dr. James McCowan and awarded on the basis of academic excellence to students entering second year of an Engineering Chemistry program in Smith Engineering.
The Barbara C. Pearson Memorial Prize
Established in memory of Barbara Cynthia Pearson. Awarded to a graduating student in the French Studies Translation program on the basis of academic proficiency and interest in campus activities. A portion of the prize is meant to purchase books.
The Barbara C. Pearson Memorial Scholarship
Awarded at the end of the second year on the basis of merit in the Translation program to a student who plans to spend the third year of the program in Europe.
The Barbara Crook Artist in Community Education Fund
Established in honour of Barbara Crook, Artsci'79, to support the costs associated with bringing a practicing artist to campus annually to lead a workshop or present a lecture to enrolled ACE students.
The Barbara Eleanor Kirkland Fund
Established by the Estate of Barbara Eleanor Kirkland, B.A.(Hons) 1934, M.A. 1935 to be used preferably (but not necessarily) to further the study of Greek and/or Latin, and/or for any purpose within the Department of Classics.
The Barbara Paul Memorial Award
Established in memory of Effie Barbara Paul (Paithouski), BA'74 (Carleton) by her son, N. Joseph Paithouski, BA'79, BSc(Eng.)'80, and awarded to a student 25 years of age or older striving to complete their degree. Preference to a woman student.

A book prize to be established by colleagues and friends on the occasion of Barbara Schlafer's retirement from Queen's University to honour her many years of valued service.
