The Dr. J. Hugh and Miriam McGuire Lectureship in Surgery
Established by Miriam McGuire to fund a lecture in surgery. The topic, which shall be of interest to general surgeons, and format of the lecture will be at the discretion of the Head of the Department of Surgery.
The Dr. J. Hugh McGuire Chair in Surgery
Establish in memory of J. Hugh McGuire, M.D. 1963, to support the academic mission of the Department of Surgery. The chair will have a focus surgical education, basic biomedical research, translational, health care outcomes research, or clinical research.
The Dr. James A. Low Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
The income in the fund will support research and provide financial support to clinical research trainees in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Queen's University.
The Dr. James B. Howe Endowment Fund in Medicine
Established by the late Dr James B. Howe, MD'56, funding to provide financial support for research in the Neurological Sciences, with an emphasis on Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia, within the Faculty of Health Sciences and Queen's University.
The Dr. James Brown MacDougall Bursaries
Awarded on the basis of need to upper-year undergraduate students.
The Dr. James C. C. Hsu Award in Chemical Engineering
Established by Marjorie Hsu and awarded on the basis of academic excellence to funding eligible Masters or PhD level students enrolled in Chemical Engineering. Preference will be given to international students.
The Dr. Jean Hill Endowment for Clinical Excellence in Nursing
Established in recognition of former Nursing School Dean, Dr. E. Jean Hill's commitment to excellence in nursing practice, this fund supports events and initiatives that develop and enhance the study and teaching of exemplary clinical practice.
The Dr. Jean Hill Endowment Fund for Nursing
Established by the estate of Dr. Jean Hill to support scholarly activities, initiatives, and projects among faculty and/or students. It may also be used to contribute to the support of a Chair in Nursing.

Established in memory of Dr. Jeanette Holden, Founder and Director of ASD-CARC, Department of Psychiatry, to help support research in autism and other mental illnesses through the study of genetics at Queen's University.

Established by Margaret Saunders in memory of her aunt, Dr. Jennie Gillespie Drennan, Meds 189., Provides funding to one or more women, based on academic standing, in fourth year Meds. Recipients must be pursuing postgrad studies in Medicine or Surgery.
