The Dr. Donald L. Potvin Memorial Teaching Award
Established in memory of Donald L. Potvin, FRACGP,CCFP (Ott '83), former Residency Director, by the Dept. of Family Medicine and others to provide support for a community family medicine preceptor to further their training in evidence-based medicine.
The Dr. Ernest A. and Edna F. Johnson Bursary
Established by Edna and Ernest A. Johnson, M.D. 1938. Awarded on the basis of financial need to undergraduate students in the final year in the School of Medicine who are residents of Ontario.
The Dr. Ernest A. Boxall Bursary
Established by Dr. Ernest A. Boxall, Meds '45, and awarded annually on the basis of financial need to a student in good standing in the fourth medical year.
The Dr. Erwin Buncel Scholarship in Chemistry
Established for Dr. Erwin Buncel. Awarded to a student entering third year of a Bachelor of Science (Hons) program with an academic plan in Chemistry, or a Bachelor of Applied Science degree program with an academic plan in Engineering Chemistry.
The Dr. Fergus O'Connor Bursary
In honour of Dr. Fergus O'Connor Sr. (Meds 1906), Dr. Maurice O'Connor (Meds '34), and Dr. Fergus O'Connor Jr. (Meds '36), and Dr. Paul O'Connor (Meds '69), a bursary to assist students in the School of Medicine.
The Dr. Frances A. Shepherd Award
Established by Dr. Frances A. Shepherd to support Canadian Cancer Trials Group investigators and/or trainees who are traveling to present CCTG work at major national and international meetings where the material has been accepted for presentation.
The Dr. G. Harold Ettinger Testimonial Bursaries
Established in honour of G. Harold Ettinger, Dean of Medicine at Queen's University from 1949 to 1962. Awarded to medical students to assist in meeting unexpected financial need.

Established by an anonymous donor, and awarded on the basis of sound academic record and financial need to a full-time medical student in the Faculty of Health Sciences.

Established in memory of Dr. Gautam Walia, M.D. 2009. Awarded on the basis of financial need and academic achievement for postgraduate residents in the Department of Family Medicine in the School of Medicine at Queen's.
The Dr. George E. Flanagan Admission Scholarship
Established by George E. Flanagan and awarded on the basis of academic excellence to a student entering Queen's from a Stormont County or City of Cornwall High School.
